i struggle with understanding when things aren't okay. i suffer from NPD, BPD, adhdtism, depression, anxiety, bipolar, DID, DPDR, and more (all of this is diagnosed except for NPD, which is heavily suspected by my psychologist), i often isolate. I get extremely defensive over my friends.
